Raising Children to Love the Game of Golf — Grounded in Christian Principles
We're Scott and Brandi Haddock. We believe sports can be a powerful way to raise children who love God, lead with confidence, treat others with respect, and find joy in the journey.

More than a game.
For our family, junior golf is about much more than scores, trophies, or the perfect swing. It's about the conversations on the course, the character built through adversity, and the opportunity to encourage our children as they grow.
We want our children to develop a lifelong love for sports while understanding that their worth is not defined by a scoreboard. Our faith in Jesus Christ shapes how we think about parenting, competition, service, and leadership.
The Junior Golf Guide is our way of sharing the lessons, resources, and experiences we discover along the way with other families.
A lifetime in athletics, coaching, and leadership.
My passion for helping young athletes grow comes from years of competing, coaching, teaching, and working with people. Baseball gave me an early appreciation for preparation, teamwork, resilience, and mentorship. Those lessons now influence how I approach parenting and junior golf.
Faith and family come first.
Brandi and I share a passion for raising our children to become confident leaders who love God and love sports. We want them to pursue excellence with humility, compete with integrity, and understand the importance of encouraging others.
We don't believe every child needs to become a professional athlete. We do believe every child can learn valuable lessons through sports — including perseverance, discipline, gratitude, and the courage to try again.
Our goal isn't simply to raise better golfers. It's to help raise children of character who know who they are and whose they are.
Christian principles, practiced through sport.
Faith before results
Our identity is rooted in Christ, not performance. Wins and losses never determine a child's value.
Character in competition
Golf creates everyday opportunities to practice honesty, patience, self-control, respect, and sportsmanship.
Leadership through service
We want our children to encourage teammates, honor competitors, and use their gifts to help others.
Our family, our favorite moments.
From days at the golf course to time spent together away from it, these are the moments that make the journey meaningful.
